We are currently seeking enthusiastic Workforce Transformation Analysts with exceptional analytical and presentation skills and a creative personality to join our dynamic Consulting function in our offices in Athens. Deloitte’s Human Capital team offers services that leverage research, analytics, and industry insights to help design and execute HR, talent, leadership, organization, rewards and change programs that enable business performance through people.

Your role as a Workforce Transformation Analyst will focus on the delivery of client engagements by understanding expectations and demonstrating personal accountability for keeping performance on track, exercising effective communication and relationship-building skills and contributing to the priorities of the team and the business. In this role, you will commit to personal learning and development and explore opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional client services.

During your tenure as a Workforce Transformation Analyst, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:
 

• Support clients’ projects on a wide range of issues involving its workforce
• Support projects regarding the development of HR strategies, policies and procedures
• Prepare presentations and reports related to specific HR field Projects
• Offer services in the area of Performance Management, Personnel Compensation, Training and Development, HR Surveys, Recruitment and Selection, etc.
• Participate in Presales activities
• Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
• Present a cogent idea or case using clear and concise messaging, and support using appropriate data and tools
• Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to support projects’ accomplishment
• Recognize technology as a business enabler and embed to every day work facilitating fast pace working team business analysis and data review

• University Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Management Science and Technology
• A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
• will be highly appreciated
• 0-2 years of experience in a consulting firm or in Human Resources Management
• Strong Greek & English language communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
• Client serving mentality
• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
