As an experienced UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining and shaping user experiences and creating seamless and visually stunning digital products across all platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into intuitive, engaging, and innovative designs. Your expertise in user-centric design principles and methodologies will drive the creation of seamless experiences that captivate users.

What you will be doing

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring user needs are at the forefront of all design decisions.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create personas, user flows, wireframes and mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX skills and process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces.
 

The following will be considered an asset

• Basic knowledge in the field of search engine optimisation
• Competent understanding website and mobile development
• Willingness to learn new technologies and implement in short time
