Deloitte Risk Advisory offers a wide array of services designed to understand business and technology risks, determine the impact, digitize controls and instill an agile continuous risk monitoring culture, that enables the organizations to achieve regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Our Technology Risk Professionals are Deloitte’s culture and service offerings ambassadors. At the service’s core is having direct interaction with clients, focusing on client engagement, understanding key client needs and objectives and delivering added value services.

In this role you will:

• Be part of a high performing team, coaching and supporting resources to deliver exceptional services to the clients.
• Demonstrate and develop your ability to advise clients on the design and implementation of the end-to-end Technology and Data risk management operating model to:
• enable alignment with the strategic objectives,
• ensure compliance with regulatory requirements,
• support risk-based decision making and response,
• facilitate continuous improvement and monitoring against regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Proactively address the risks.
• Apply problem solving and critical thinking to enable the identification of Technology and Data Risks associated with the Business Processes.
• Assess the technology risk associated with the IT environment that support the core business processes and IT Applications.
• Assess the effectiveness of the system of internal control against best practices and industry standards.
• Evaluate the control deficiencies and assess the business, technology, and compliance impact.
• Design and roll out the business and IT frameworks including policies & procedures, Governance and Control Operating models, processes and controls.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from Planning to successful delivery and operationalization.
• Forge strong relations with the clients, adopt a customer centric approach.
• Address client business challenges in the intersection of process and technology
• Produce a high-quality work product and collaborate with others to deliver a superior client experience
• Deliver key messages with clarity and confidence 
• Organize insights and define a logical flow to tell a story when presenting recommendations
• Select appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data, and develop informed recommendations that shape or support the client’s business strategy

#WinningRequirements

• 0 to 2 years of experience, preferably in a client facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security,
• Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Accounting, Financial Management with demonstrable interest in IT and Technology.
• Inquisitive mind, being able to form and clearly articulate new ideas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Business experience with a high-level understanding of the Technology impact on core business processes.  
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and always strive for high ethical standards.
• Team player with a desire to learn and develop.
• Military obligation fulfilled where applicable.

The following will be considered an asset:

• Professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CIPM, CISM , ISO Certifications ,CIA, ACCA, ACA, ITIL , ERM, DASCA, SDS, Azure, CCA, SAS.
• Working knowledge of technologies and platforms including Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, Linux), Databases (Oracle, SQL etc.), Network Infrastructure (firewalls, routers, networking protocols) and enterprise-wide applications (SAP 4/HANA, Oracle , Navision,JDE etc.)
• Data Analytics, Process mining and BPM tools will be considered an asset such as, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, ACL, SAS, Celonis ,Pega, Aris, Signavio , Blueprism.
• Financial Services, Fintech, Telecommunications, and media background.

• Regulatory & Legal Support: includes services that help our clients manage regulatory compliance, enforcement actions, financial crime, and other regulatory investigation related matters (but do not include the practice of law). These services are usually in support of the Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Internal Legal Counsel, External Legal Counsel and other designated client leaders responsible for regulatory, compliance, and financial crime issues.
