Under this framework, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic Technology Business Analyst to become part of our dynamic Consulting team in our offices in Athens. In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge technologies to help clients transform their technology platforms and business operations. Partnering with some of the world’s largest organizations, you’ll help COO’s, CFO’s, CIO’s and their teams realize their ambitions – from improving financial performance, to accelerating speed to market and delivering continuous innovation.

Your role as a Technology Business Analyst and Junior Project Manager will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results. In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.

During your tenure as a Technology Business Analyst and Junior Project Manager, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Address client business challenges in the intersection of process and technology
• Understand and analyze business requirements to transform them into functional specifications and act as a ‘bridge’ between business and IT tribes
• Understand how business functions operate and analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks and pain-points
• Produce high quality work products (such as user requirements, functional specifications, user stories, user manuals, UAT scenarios)

·       Write and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts

• Collaborate with others to deliver a superior client experience
• Deliver key messages with clarity, confidence, and poise to instill confidence in clients
• Apply a global and diverse perspective to problem solving
• Understand and articulate actions to introduce changes resulted from new processes and/or systems in the clients’ operational environment
• Communicate expectations and results to all stakeholders in a timely and clear form
• Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new projects
• Participate in planning and monitoring of IT projects execution throughout the different project stages: from initiation and planning, to monitoring and reporting project execution and finally to project closure
• Gain expertise on best practice approaches in project management to improve the efficiency of project implementation and project communication

#WinningRequirements 

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology or related fields
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Information Technology will be considered a plus
• At least 2 years of Business Analysis experience in IT projects preferably in the Financial Services (Banking and/or Insurance), Energy, Telecommunication or relevant sectors
• Understanding, and preferably applied experience, of standard Business Analysis methods and techniques (Design Thinking, UML, BPMN)
• Proven ability to organize and follow up progress of own work as well as team’s work towards high-quality deliverables
• Experience in Project Management or Project Management Office will be considered a plus
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle phases and techniques
• Certification/Accreditation in Business Analysis and or Project Management will be good to have

• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools will be considered a plus
• Ability to write test cases, analyze and document test results effectively will be considered a plus

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills in English
• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
