Your role as a Sustainability Manager / Senior Manager in our team will focus on the delivery of client engagements in relation to sustainability projects, by understanding objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, leading sustainability projects and taking accountability for your own and the team’s results. In this role, you will develop your leadership skills; you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills in order to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. You will commit to the department’s goals; you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.

During your tenure as a Sustainability Manager / Senior Manager, you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:

• Lead team of professionals into delivering projects with high quality and efficiency
• Produce a high-quality work product and collaborate with your colleagues to deliver a superior client experience
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their sustainability goals, provide tailored solutions, and ensure long-term collaboration
• Develop people through effectively delegating tasks and providing guidance, mentoring and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Allocate resources, set goals, and evaluate performance of team members
• Deliver key messages with clarity, confidence, and poise to instill confidence in clients

#WinningRequirements

Specifically, candidates should possess the following attributes:

• More than 6 years of relevant working experience (i.e., sustainability advisory and/or participation in sustainability audit projects) in an audit & consulting firm
• Master’ degree from top-tier universities in Environmental Management, Sustainability, Management or related subject will be considered an asset
• Deep understanding of Sustainability frameworks, standards and reporting guidelines (i.e., CSRD and relevant ESRS Standards, the GRI Standards and TCFD)
• Knowledge of EU Taxonomy, SFDR, and Sustainable Finance familiarity will be considered an asset.
• Knowledge of relevant Sustainability regulations, laws and trends
• Strong project management skills, Including the ability to set priorities, manage deadlines and coordinate cross-functional teams
