As a Consultant in our Risk Advisory department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients in identifying, assessing, and managing risks that may impact their business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your expertise to deliver value-added insights.

At the crossroads of Sustainability, Finance and Technology, we are looking for ambitious, sustainability oriented, technology proficient team players to join our growing team in our offices in Thessaloniki. As Sustainability Consultant you will:

• Join a dynamic team, passionate about helping our clients' sustainability and finance organization
• Work in a collaborative team environment to analyze issues and address client challenges
• Will be trained and coached in order to develop your skills, knowledge and management capabilities
• Develop specialized ESG technology implementation expertise and build a reputation as a business advisor
• Contribute to firm initiatives by supporting the development of proposals, thought leadership, market facing initiatives and recruitment

You will drive our client’s operations to the next level through:

• Defining the IT architecture and systems’ strategy for the selection of new corporate sustainability reporting software
• Blueprinting the sustainability processes, internal controls and implementing new sustainability technology/software (focused on Workiva) and processes
• Improving the corporate sustainability, financial and non-financial performance management and reporting cycles
• Executing double materiality and CSRD readiness assessments using Workiva or other ESG technology
• Operating in the sustainability consolidation and reporting department of our clients

#OurRequirements

Are you technology-savvy but passionate about sustainability? Or are you currently involved in sustainability but have an appetite for technology? What are the must have’s to excel in this role?

• University degree ideally in economics, computer science, engineering, or a technically oriented field or equally by experience
• +3 years of applied working experience, ideally in Consulting services advising clients with regards to sustainability or technology deployment/integration
• Experience in the fields of ESG standards and frameworks (CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, GRI, TCFD, SBTi, etc.)
• Knowledge of deployment and integration of ESG reporting platforms (SAP, Envizi, Enablon, Workiva, Anaplan, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerBi
• Hands-on person, result-oriented and quality-driven and you have outstanding analytical skills (i.e. at ease with data sourcing, collection, validation, transformation and reporting)
• Team player that can also work independently. Proven experience in managing teams is a plus.
• Good social and communication skills, with an agile mindset to adapt quickly to a new environment
• Professional proficiency in English
