We are currently seeking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant with a previous record in strategy and policy life cycle experience to join our practice. We expect the right candidate to contribute to our growth agenda and work on projects from inception phase to final implementation. The right candidate will have the skills, knowledge and experience on strategy, policy and reforms.

Your role as a Consultant / Senior Consultant will focus on contributing towards engagements in the area of strategy & policy, demonstrating personal accountability, exercising effective research, analysis, presentation as well as problem-solving by thinking critically and creatively to develop relevant insights.

During your tenure as a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Follow and understand current affairs and sectoral trends at the national and EU level
• Participate in relevant pursuits and support the development of marketplace eminence
• Participate in the delivery of projects (policy studies, evaluation, impact assessment, etc.)
• Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
• Contribute to problem definition, analysis and solution development leading to policy recommendations
• Interpret financial and economic data to help strengthen proposed recommendations
• Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
• Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients
• Contribute towards strategies that can evolve into policies for the benefit of citizens and enterprises
• Recognize digital technologies as a business enabler to improve services towards citizens and business
• Embrace a team environment that builds accountability and commitment to meeting engagement objectives

#WinningRequirements

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a high-profile consulting firm or related professional firms
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Master’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or other relevant disciplines
• Knowledge and prior experience in areas related to strategy, policy and economics gained through serving Greek public administration, European Institutions, International Donor Organizations and / or social partners across multiple policy areas such as economic development, green transition, health, education, social cohesion, digital, international affairs and others
• Robust understanding of funding / financing opportunities available for the realization of public sector reforms such as NSRF and RRF
• Ability to analyze Government sector trends as well as competitor analysis to help team extract valuable insights that inform strategy
• Strong analytical skills & problem-solving skills and ability to provide business insights
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
• Ability to leverage data and research insights to understand sources of value
• Strong oral and written Greek & English language communication skills
• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
