We are currently seeking for an enthusiastic Strategy Consulting Manager with exceptional quantitative skills and a well-rounded personality to become part of our dynamic Consulting team in our offices in Athens. Deloitte’s Strategy & Business Design team works collaboratively with clients to develop a holistic view of the challenges and benefits linked to a specific company or industry and recognize the value created within the wider ecosystems.

With the help of quantitative analysis, it becomes possible to quantify the impact of interventions and guide strategic decisions at the intersection of corporate profitability, economic viability and social sustainability. We model ecosystem behavior and address strategic choices and performance improvement efforts on the basis of their calculated impact.

Your role as a Manager will focus on building and delivering engagements by understanding and quantifying the interrelations sustained within multiple ecosystems and by demonstrating superior performance, exercising effective communication and relationship-building skills and contributing to the priorities of the team and the business. In this role, you will commit to personal learning and development and explore opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional client services.

During your tenure as a Manager, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Leverage strong domain knowledge of the project lifecycle, costs of strategic & operational decisions and contribute to planning of large scale transformation programmes; is considered an expert in one service offering
• Support sales pursuits and develop marketplace eminence within the chosen offering
• Articulate the strategic insights from client's current business state, industry and competitor landscape and the interlinkage with technology through complex forecasting models / business case, market segmentation analysis to predict business performance, financial & strategic impact
• Architect a business transformation strategy aimed at enabling client to transform the core business, maximize efficiencies, and optimize business
• Showcase expert domain knowledge of the industry-specific process and capability model blueprints, to guide the team for strategy design and solution implementation
• Maintain expert knowledge in the use of data, service line innovation, benchmarks, and business metrics to make critical decisions
• Prepare project plan to meet objectives within established budget and timeline and recognize when plans should be adjusted to meet objectives
• Foster a team environment that builds accountability for and commitment to meeting engagement objectives

#WinningRequirements

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in a high-profile consulting firm or related professional areas
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or other relevant disciplines will be considered a strong plus
• Strong analytical skills & problem-solving skills and ability to provide business insights
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
• Ability to lead analysis of industry, competitor and company trends and issue to help team extract valuable insights that inform strategy
• Ability to leverage data and research insights to understand sources of value
• Strong oral and written Greek & English language communication skills
• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
