Our Learning Factory is a creative powerhouse that brings together visual, digital, and learning expertise to produce high-quality, immersive learning content. As a Senior Visual Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our digital learning experiences, ensuring both design excellence and strategic alignment.  

#YourRole  

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will lead the design of advanced visual assets for digital learning projects. You will oversee the creative execution of e-learning modules, multimedia content, and video storytelling, ensuring stylistic consistency and visual impact across projects. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior designers, while bringing innovation and creativity to the center of our learning solutions.  

Key Activities  

• Define creative direction and visual language for digital learning products  
• Design visual assets for SCORM modules, videos, presentations, and animations  
• Supervise design production and ensure quality and consistency of deliverables  
• Work closely with instructional designers, developers, and business stakeholders  
• Integrate animations, micro-interactions, and visual storytelling techniques  
• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback for their development  
• Propose new visual formats, trends, and design approaches  
• Use Figma, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Canva or similar tools  

#OurRequirements  

Core Skills:  

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media or related fields  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in visual design, ideally in learning or corporate communication  
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Canva  
• Experience designing for e-learning, storytelling, and digital learning environments  
• Solid skills in animation, motion graphics, or video design  
• Creativity, visual precision, and excellent design execution  
• Strong coordination and mentoring skills  
• Fluent in English  

Nice to have:  

• Previous experience in international environments or creative agencies  
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles for digital products  
• Ability to work with no-code/low-code tools for rapid prototyping or delivery
