How you will Make an Impact
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in working with students. Having experience of working with young people in a student organization and event management would be considered an asset for this role.
Your main tasks will include but are not limited to the following:
- Create and foster relationships with students on our programmes, mainly the Sixth Form, MCAST, Under-graduate, Graduate and ACCA programmes, aiming to be the main point of contact for all student matters at Deloitte;
- Be actively involved in the recruitment of students;
- Coordinate and make arrangements to design and implement different activities such as Deloitte’s participation in fairs, school visits, lectures and workshops, amongst other events;
- Participate in student and experienced hires interviews as required;
- Coordinate the logistics around the Deloitte Student Summer programme and any other events, as required;
- Coordinate and ensure the timely and effective execution of all activities around student events and activities;
- Be the main point of contact for students during their on-boarding;
- Provide information, advice and support to students, and undertake regular routine student liaison meetings to identify potential or current issues which may be effecting students’ academic and work performance and refer to relevant management as required;
- Collect and review feedback from students as part of the Firm’s continuous quality improvement plan;
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives related to the student population;
- Maintain relevant employee data according to policy and legal requirements;
- Assist with generating and analyzing reports as required;
- Maintain and develop own knowledge about the different academic programmes and qualifications followed by students in the different business areas of the Firm;
- Deal with any queries that are related to HR;
- As a team player, you will work closely with other members of the Recruitment Team as well as other members of the Human Resources Team, to assist in any other ad-hoc HR work.

Your Specialized skills:
- A good understanding of the use of social media.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and be comfortable with public speaking engagements
- Sound administrative and organizational abilities and a highly focused and methodical approach to work.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- The ability to prioritize work and work independently as well as in a team.
Ways to stand out
You have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with exposure to: Human Resources, Recruitment, Event Planning and/or Marketing.
