By joining our team, you will work in multidisciplinary and international teams on cross-industry SAP projects, focusing on:

SAP Implementation Planning & Execution: Planning and managing complex SAP implementation projects, including configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live
Project Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking project health, timelines, budgets, and resource utilization
Risk & Issue Management: Identifying and resolving implementation risks and critical issues
Stakeholder Coordination: Ensuring alignment and engagement across business and technical teams
Quality Assurance: Establishing quality frameworks and KPIs to meet client expectations

#Your Role

As a SAP Project Management Consultant, your role will focus on proactively supporting and executing SAP implementation project activities you are involved in. Under the supervision of more experienced colleagues, you will be responsible for the quality of your work and its full alignment with client priorities, objectives, and needs, constantly striving to pursue our ambition to "make an impact that matters".

Key Activities

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules using SAP implementation methodologies
Gather and analyze data related to SAP system requirements, business processes, and implementation challenges to support project activities
Develop high-quality project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, issue logs, and implementation guides that effectively support project delivery and client communication
Assist in documenting and validating SAP system configurations, functional specifications, and technical requirements
Support the planning and execution of SAP testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing)
Assist in data mapping, cleansing, and migration activities to ensure data integrity in the SAP system
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the implementation
Work proactively and cooperatively with multidisciplinary project teams including functional consultants, technical architects, and business analysts
Contribute proposals and ideas to optimize project delivery and implementation approaches
Leverage key software for monitoring and analyzing project KPIs and metrics (Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Project System, project management platforms)
Assist in preparing for and supporting SAP system go-live, including user training coordination and issue resolution

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:

Preferable degree in Economics, Management, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
Possess 4+ years of experience in SAP implementation projects, PMO roles, or enterprise system deployment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within complex consulting environments
Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HR) or SAP implementation lifecycle is a plus
Excellent command of the English language

Additionally, the profile is completed by:

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
Propensity for planning, monitoring, and controlling project activities
Understanding of business process optimization and enterprise system implementations
Strong motivation for the consulting sector and technology-driven transformation
Excellent communication and relational skills (both written and oral)
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to use Project Management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools)

Nice to have:

Familiarity with SAP tools and systems (SAP GUI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP Fiori) is a plus
Having completed 2 full project cycles of S/4 HANA implementations is also considered as a plus
