You will join our Learning Factory, an international, multidisciplinary, and fast-growing team specializing in digital and blended learning experiences. 

As a senior team member, you will act as a reference point for advanced instructional design and content strategy. You will be responsible for shaping methodologies, defining learning models, and supervising the creation of high-quality content. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, visual and tech profiles to deliver measurable value through learning. 

Your Role 

As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will lead the strategic design of digital and blended learning solutions in an AI-powered and learner-centric environment. You will be responsible for translating complex business needs into scalable, engaging, and results-oriented learning experiences. You will oversee high-profile projects, coordinating internal teams or external partners. 

Key Activities 

Analyze advanced learning needs and design tailored learning journeys 
Translate subject matter into multichannel training formats (SCORM, video, interactive content) 
Define learning approaches and drive innovative learning experiences 
Use authoring tools (Articulate, Rise), LMS platforms, and AI tools (Synthesia, Gamma, GenAI) 
Supervise content production and ensure quality, consistency, and scalability 
Collaborate with business, HR stakeholders, and SMEs to align learning with real outcomes 
Contribute to the growth of the Learning Factory with scalable frameworks, methodologies, and best practices 
Coach and guide junior or mid-level learning designers

#OurRequirements 

Must-have qualifications: 

University degree in Education, Communication, Psychology, Design, Engineering, or related fields 
5+ years of experience in instructional design and digital/blended learning production 
Excellent command of authoring tools (Articulate, Rise), LMS, and AI-based learning tools 
Proven ability to manage complex learning projects and multistakeholder environments 
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a focus on experience design 
Strategic thinking, consulting mindset, and a solution-oriented approach 
Fluent in English

Nice-to-have: 

Experience in international or consulting environments 
Knowledge of gamification, microlearning, video-based learning 
Familiarity with motion design, no-code or low-code tools
