In our Microsoft Dynamics Team, you will be focused on enhancing, developing, integrating, deploying, and administrating the Microsoft D365 F&O ERP system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reports designing, particularly using SSRS and Power BI dashboards, alongside proficiency in SQL, Visual Studio, and LCS (Life Cycle Services) for environment management, version updates, customization packages deployment, and maintenance. Additionally, expertise in web development, APIs, integration, security configuration, system administration, XDS, and Data Management Framework is essential. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering efficient solutions aligned with business requirements while supporting end-users with day-to-day ERP issues.

Key Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a developer working with any ERP system.
• Mandatory experience with any OOP language (e.g., C#, Java), ideally X++
• Extensive expertise in reports designing using SSRS and Power BI dashboards.
• Proficiency in LCS for environment management, version updates, and customization packages deployment.
• Strong familiarity with web development, APIs, and integration.
• Experience in security configuration and customization, system administration, XDS, and Data Management Framework.
• Ability to prepare technical documentations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for effective knowledge transfer.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O is a plus.
If you are applying for the Senior role, additionally you will be need to:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Microsoft D365 F&O ERP system.
• Design, develop, and implement enhancements and customization to improve system functionality and meet business needs.
• Create, customize, and maintain reports using SSRS and Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Utilize SQL and Visual Studio for database management, development, and customization tasks.
• Manage Dynamics 365 F&O environments through LCS, including deploying version updates, customization packages, and monitoring performance.
• Perform environment database backup and movement operations to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Develop web applications, APIs, and integrations to extend system functionality and integrate with other systems.
• Configure security settings and customize security roles as needed. Perform system administration tasks to maintain system integrity and security.
• Implement and manage Data Management Framework processes for data integration, migration, and synchronization.
• Create new forms, tables, queries, classes, and other AOT objects following Microsoft best practices and coding standards.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for day-to-day ERP operations.
As a Senior member of the team you will additionally:
• Lead and coach a team
• Participate in technical analysis and create specification document
• Develop technical architecture, strategy and guidelines document
• Track Development progress and project deliverables
• Effectively articulate not only technical and design/implementation concepts but also the potential solutions.
• Perform coding, implementation, testing, debugging, modification, documentation, and maintenance on applications
• Create Unit Test automation scripts
• Performance Tuning
• Respect the Product Best Practices
