We are currently seeking for enthusiastic team players to become part of our dynamic Consulting team in our offices in Athens. As a part of our Core Business Operations service line, and specifically on the field of Robotics Process Automation (RPA), you will work to help our clients in their efforts to solve challenging business and organizational issues.

Your role as a Consultant will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results. In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills in order to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.

During your tenure as an RPA Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

Develop Robotics solutions that meet business requirements,

Work closely with multiple stakeholders across the project lifecycle, including:

• Liaising with Business Analysts to understand business requirements and with Solution Architects on functional and technical designs
• Supporting the Delivery Lead / Project Manager with scoping and estimation of development efforts
• Working collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs
• Develop program specifications and detailed design documents in collaboration with Business Analysts and/or Solution Architects
• Configure Robotics software and work through Robotics exceptions and iterations
• Code, test and debug complex applications programs. Enforce coding standards and perform code reviews & ensure quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing
• Provide primary support for assigned systems and applications; providing backup support for other systems as needed
• Deliver results for clients by applying appropriate methodologies, tools and insights to produce discrete parts of deliverables
• Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems
• Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
• Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
• Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices

#WinningRequirements

To qualify for the role you must have:

• University degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• MBA or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Advanced Analytics, or related field would be an asset
• External client-facing consultancy experience
• Prior experience of working in/with Financial Services firms
• Strong administrative and numeracy skills and ability to analyze complex data with good attention to details
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technology and/or related fields with at least 1 year of developer / programming experience in R&CA technologies such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Ability to analyze, understand business problems and document in a detailed design document
• Understand how technology can address clients business challenges and improve overall business performance, and can translate desired functionality to technical requirements
• Assess a client’s Business Process Model (BPM) competencies and maturity, and lead a team to define the roadmap for continuous process improvement
• Bring detailed technical knowledge for architecture design and development activities, and be able to execute against recommended solutions
• Strong understanding of Robotic products infrastructure and sizing, nuances associated with UI automation with various IT landscapes.
• Experience in defining the architecture of enterprise level applications involving multiple systems and sub-systems
• Ability to identify and communicate technical infrastructure requirements, taking into consideration security and authorization issues especially in strict IT environments like the ones in banking industry.
• Understand the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and be able to plan and execute activities from use case to a full-developed system
• Proficiency in MS Office (Access, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) including macros creation
• Excellent oral and written Greek & English language communication skills
• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
