#YourRole

As a Consultant in our Tax Technology Consulting team, you will work as the Service Line Engagement Analyst for our AI platform used across professional services.

You will be the dedicated point of contact for service line stakeholders. Your mission is to organize and facilitate business meetings, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions — ensuring every service line's needs are documented, tracked, and translated into actionable input for the product and engineering teams.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication and organizational skills with a genuine interest in technology — acting as the human interface between business units and an engineering team.

#KeyResponsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated liaison for service lines — organizing meetings and maintaining a predictable engagement cadence;
  • Maintain a structured needs register per service line — documenting requests, priorities, statuses, and follow-ups;
  • Organize and facilitate use-case workshops with service lines to design, validate, and refine their requirements;
  • Support service line onboarding — guide teams through platform training and initial setup;
  • Systematically collect, categorize, and report service line feedback to inform product roadmap decisions;
  • Create user-facing documentation including user guides, FAQs, and onboarding materials;
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, and track follow-up actions;
  • Escalate complex or strategic requests to the Product & Engagement Lead for prioritization;
  • Support the Product & Engagement Lead with analytics, reporting, and presentation preparation.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field;
  • 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, client engagement, consulting, or a similar client-facing role;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — ability to communicate clearly with both business stakeholders and technical teams;
  • Excellent organizational skills — ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously;
  • Experience designing and facilitating workshops, meetings, and training sessions;
  • Proficiency in documentation and requirements gathering;
  • Comfortable working with collaboration and project management tools (Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

#PreferredSkills

  • Understanding of tax, legal, or advisory professional services workflows;
  • Professional working proficiency in Italian (written and spoken);
  • Familiarity with AI/ML platform capabilities;
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for requirements tracking and backlog management;
  • Agile, Product Management, or Business Analysis certifications are preferred;
  • Experience in consulting environment or professional services firm;
  • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills;
  • Basic understanding of platform product concepts.
