We are currently looking for enthusiastic team-players to join our dynamic and highly motivated Payroll Outsourcing Team of our Tax practice in Patras/Athens. Join our team of innovative and passionate thinkers who strive to provide our clients with the best quality advice and transform the way professional services are experienced.

During your tenure as a Junior Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

Develop knowledge of current labor legislation.
Recognize the key capabilities required to deliver a high-quality service experience to the client.
Collect, assimilate, and analyze data and use standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions for solving problems.
Apply HR technology knowledge to address client business challenges.

#RequiredSkills

Potential candidates should fulfill the following criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
1-4 years of professional experience as a payroll consultant or in a similar role.
Excellent command of the English language.
Hands - on experience with ScanHRMS for payroll processing.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Familiarity with Greek Insurance, Labor Law and payroll business processes.
A professional approach, business acumen and strong communication skills.

The following skills would be considered as assets, although they are not required:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, from a prominent University.
