We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Organization Design Consultant/Senior Consultant with exceptional analytical skills and a well-rounded personality to become part of our dynamic team in our offices in Athens. In this role, you will contribute to transformation initiatives that support organizational change and strategy execution. You will work closely with stakeholders across all levels, both internally and externally, to understand business challenges, support the design of impactful solutions, and contribute to their implementation.

In this role, you will take responsibility for your workstreams, demonstrate accountability in delivering results, and act as a reliable team member in addressing client needs. Your communication skills, collaborative mindset and commitment to learning will be key to your success.

During your tenure you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support and contribute to clients’ projects
  • Take lead in addressing client needs through structured problem definition and analysis
  • Apply knowledge of strategy development, organizational design, operating model frameworks, in transformation programs
  • Support the analysis of client business state, industry, and competitor landscape, contributing to strategic insights, business cases, and transformation roadmaps
  • Contribute to the design of operating models and organizational structures and the reengineering of processes that improve efficiency and performance
  • Support the planning and execution of large-scale transformation programs, including tracking milestones, dependencies, risks and supporting stakeholders hands-on
  • Apply knowledge of project lifecycles and support planning of transformation initiatives
  • Use data, benchmarks, and business metrics to inform decisions
  • Assist in preparing project plans and monitor progress against objectives, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery of project output
  • Contribute to deliverables preparation and review, ensuring alignment with quality standards
  • Support sales efforts through research, analysis, and preparation of proposals and presentations

#WinningRequirements

  • Approximately 4-5 years of relevant work experience in a consulting firm or related professional areas
  • Demonstrated experience or exposure to strategy projects, organizational design, operating model development, business process reengineering and/or large-scale transformation programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines will be considered a strong plus
  • Strong analytical skills & problem-solving skills and ability to provide business insights
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
  • Ability to leverage data and research insights to understand sources of value
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, and use of MS Visio will be considered a strong plus
  • Excellent verbal and written Greek & English language communication skills
  • Military obligations fulfilled, where applicable
