How you will Make an Impact
Reporting to the Technology & Transformation Leader, this is a senior role that requires a specific focus on improving operations and processes within the function with special emphasis on improving the data gathering and analysis process to drive better efficiency within the function. The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills, a good understanding of digital tools and also possess the ability to work closely with other professionals. The individual must be detail-oriented and be a critical thinker. The ability to gain an in-depth understanding of existing operations to recommend improvements in the various processes would also be required. The duties of this role will include but are not limited to:
- The definition of an internal technology/data strategy, together with the T&T function leader. This strategy will need to address all aspects of the business including – People, approvals, finance and process generation in general.
- The management of the execution of the milestones of the above-mentioned strategy.
- Working in conjunction with specialists from within T&T to continually strive to introduce and increase efficiency by re-engineering processes and automating them with the appropriate technologies.
- Introducing new technology & practices.
- Continually enhancing the data driven culture across the team.
- Optimise and take on administrative responsibilities within the function currently performed by client facing Partners, Senior Managers and other key personnel.
- Providing the T&T function lead with proposals which may include organizational design changes to better align with customers’ needs and improved efficiency. This may include also working with HR to define new roles within T&T.
- Analyse and map current systems, processes, and rules to identify improvement opportunities, delivering quick wins in the short term and driving longer-term enhancements, including the adoption of new methodologies and tools.
- Ensure all improvements align with regulatory requirements and firm standards, identifying any operational risks and ensuring mitigation plans are in place.

- Capability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances

Your Specialized skills:
- Tertiary level of education specializing in Business Management, Operations Management or a related area.
- Candidate has at least 5working within a dynamic environment, executing new technological practices, handling multiple projects & operational processes.
- Candidates with previous experience in a similar role will be given preference.
- Ability to articulate ‘why we do what we do’ with their teams and how they contribute to broader stakeholder objectives and strategy.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
