An opportunity to work with the NSE Technology Chief of Staff and the NSE Leadership Team to support the NSE Technology daily operations and support to achieve the NSE Ambition.  We are transforming and responding to changes in our business and the market, bringing together our teams across North South Europe.  As Management Support you will play an important role to manage and drive the CIOs agenda to ensure their time is well spent.  You will work for the NSE Chief of Staff to the CIO and the NSE Technology Leadership team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and work with teams from geographies across NSE. 

As Management support you will:

·       Work closely with the Chief of Staff (CoS) and Chief Information Office (CIO) as well as the Leadership Team to support them as they run their daily operations

·       Responsibility to plan, prepare and drive the meeting agenda for all major governance meetings, capture action items and support seeing them through

·       Support briefings for the CIO and CoS as they prepare for governance and other meetings, collect relevant information and structure it in a professional manner for them to build on

·       Possibility to closely connect with the entire IT organization, keeping a finger on the pulse, detecting gaps in communication, interaction or task completion

·       Accountability to organize team offsite meetings by driving the logistics to completion, providing guidance and support on the agenda and coordinating all tasks related to the meetings

·       Collaborate closely with the Communications Team to ensure a thorough and clean cascade of the most important messages and ensuring that the strategy and vision of the organization is understood and lived by all its members

·       Responsibility to manage and drive the CIOs agenda, coordinate their travel activities and ensure that their time is well spent on relevant topics

·       Take accountability for special projects, see them through and drive them to success

·       Opportunity to actively contribute to generate efficiencies in the ways the CIO and CoS spend their time, coordinate their activities and help them running the daily operations of the IT organization

·       Interact with stakeholders from across the organization and from outside to be ahead of the curve on information and preparation

·       Be part of an international community, contribute to the transformation journey and help driving the strategy and objectives to success

·       Opportunity to closely interact with the CoS to drive the CIOs agenda forward
