We are looking for professionals with experience in SAP Basis to join our team in Thessaloniki. As a Junior SAP Basis Consultant, you will have the chance to participate in an important international team and become part of a growing, international delivery network.

As we extend our collaboration with Italian based clients, we are expanding our team in order to support international collaboration opportunities with Deloitte member firms across EMEA.

Depending on your experience level, you will be provided training and support to help you succeed as part of our growing team.

#YourRoleandResponsibilities

You will be part of a project delivery team, with colleagues in Greece as well as other international offices, including Italy. The projects will focus on the delivery of SAP Basis services.

You will get the chance to share your experience and knowledge with your colleagues in Thessaloniki and abroad and help realizing our ambition: “make an impact that matters”.

Depending on your previous experience and attitude, in a longer or shorter time, you will progressively be able to and will:

- Work collaboratively with local and remote team
- Perform Testing and Verification
- Ensure the resolution of complex incidents
- Problem management (bug, updates failures) and propose technical solutions;
- Guarantee the quality of services as perceived by client, act to ensure SLA fulfillment
- Manage the technical sustainability and ensure alignment with client requirements
- SAP System Administration: Managing SAP system landscapes, including configuration, and maintenance of SAP software components

- Performance Monitoring and Tuning: Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing tuning measures to optimize system efficiency

- User and Security Administration: Managing user access, authorizations, and security settings within the SAP environment to ensure data protection and compliance.

- Database Administration: Managing SAP databases, including backup and recovery, data migration, and performance tuning for database systems.

- System Upgrades and Patch Management: Planning and executing system upgrades, applying patches, and ensuring system compatibility with the latest SAP releases.

#OurRequierements

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a technical-scientific specialization with a preference for Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology or STEM Background
• Knowledge of operating systems and databases
• Problem solving troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of SAP Products would be a plus
• Knowledge of S4/HANA and HANA Platform would be a plus
• SAP Certification would be a plus
• SAP Roles management would be a plus
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken), Italian is considered a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Propensity to team work
• High motivation for consulting
