Your Role and Responsibilities
Within the team, you will actively participate in projects focused on aligning learning and development solutions with business priorities. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing Learning employee’s experience, tracking and monitoring deadlines
- Preparing and delivering relevant reports
- Reviewing deliverables for accuracy and quality
- Mastering the Learning platforms of Deloitte
- Continually analyzing training needs to propose new training programs and identify potential gaps
- Developing innovative training materials, learning program outlines and facilitator guides
- Plan, execute and operationalize development programs and processes
- Maintaining and extending relationships with academic institutions, supporting current activities, and proposing further pioneering initiatives with the aim to enhance existing and/or new successful partnerships
- Use critical thinking skills to identify, research, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions to complex problems
Our Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
- BSc/MSc degree in Business, HR or relevant to the scope of the job profile
- Excellent English & Greek language skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Prior experience in L&D or in HR related positions would be beneficial;
- Project management skills will be a plus
- Ability to work effectively autonomously and within teams in a fast-paced, complex, multi-tasking environment
