#AboutYourRole

As an Atlassian specialist in the operations team, you support clients in operations as well as 2nd and 3rd level support.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Operations: Monitoring and ensuring the availability of Atlassian environments
• Troubleshooting: Proactive troubleshooting and application of security patches
• 2nd and 3rd Level Support: Proactive error analysis and application of security patches. Direct support for user inquiries and issue resolution.

#KeyQualifications 

• Bachelors degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related.
• Basic understanding of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing systems.
• Strong command of the English language
• Analytical and proactive mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Adaptable and resilient, thriving in dynamic environments and embracing new challenges
• Excellent team player with clear and effective communication skills
