We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Analytics Specialist to support our HR team in transforming data into actionable insights across the full spectrum of HR functions. This role will focus on automating reporting processes, developing dashboards, and providing analytical support in areas such as talent acquisition, HR operations, learning & development, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Automation
    • Collaborate with HR teams to identify repetitive manual reporting tasks and implement automation solutions using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
    • Design, build, and maintain automated HR reports and dashboards.
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across reports.
  • Data Analysis & Visualization
    • Provide insights and visual storytelling to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Analyze data across HR activities, including recruitment funnel metrics, workforce demographics, performance, compensation, attrition, and learning effectiveness.
    • Translate complex data into easy-to-understand formats for non-technical stakeholders.
  • End-to-End HR Analytics Support
    • Partner with various HR sub-functions (Talent & Performance, L&D, HR Ops, etc.) to understand analytics needs and deliver relevant solutions.
    • Assist in ad-hoc data requests, compliance reports, and audits.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
    • Contribute to the development of data governance practices and standard definitions across HR metrics.
    • Continuously look for ways to improve HR analytics tools, processes, and methodologies.

The ideal candidate should have the following requirements:


Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in STEM, Business, or a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, analytics, or reporting roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables, formulas, etc.) and the rest of MS Office Suite (Power Point, Word, etc)
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP HRIS, Avature) is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written & oral)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Knowledge of key HR processes and metrics.
  • Experience working with large datasets and HR reporting platforms.

·       Familiarity with SQL, R, or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
