If so, apply to our intensive program and take your first step towards an exciting career in Finance Transformation. This 3-week intensive bootcamp is a unique opportunity to strengthen your technical abilities and gain real-world, hands-on experience.

We are seeking Junior Finance Transformation professionals to join our dynamic team. For this edition, the bootcamp will run across two focused learning streams:

1) Data Governance & Finance Analytics Stream

In this stream, you will focus on:

·       Designing and implementing finance data governance frameworks

·       Defining data quality controls, KPI monitoring capabilities and reporting solutions

·       Supporting Accounting & Regulatory initiatives (e.g. PPA, accounting migrations, finance operating model evolution)

·       Contributing to Planning & Control by helping define new business control models, profitability frameworks and managerial reporting

You will apply Data & Analytics and governance principles to help Finance organizations gain trust in their data and enable better decision‑making.

2) Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS) & Planning Stream

In this stream, you will focus on:

·       Gaining hands‑on exposure to Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS) and other leading financial planning and consolidation platforms

·       Supporting Planning & Control activities, including budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring

·       Working on Data Integration from source systems (e.g. ERP, Data Platforms) into EPM solutions and from EPM towards other applications or staging areas

·       Supporting Project Governance for Finance transformation programs (tracking initiatives, preparing status reports, supporting stakeholders)

You will learn how to design, configure and support EPM solutions that improve the way Finance plans, consolidates and reports performance.

Across both streams, you will gain valuable insight into how to address complex business and transformation challenges across the Finance function.

What We Are Looking For

If you’re a professional with an academic background in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with a passion for technology and problem-solving, you may be the perfect fit for this role.

Eligibility Criteria:

•          Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

•          Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Italian would be an advantage

•          Technical Foundation: Good financial accounting and controlling background. Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g. Python, Groovy, SQL), Financial Analytics, Data Modeling and Data Quality principles and exposure to information technology platform implementation projects (e.g. EPM, BI, ERP) are considered a plus

•          Market Tools & Platforms Knowledge: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required. Knowledge of ETL tools (e.g. ODI, FDMEE, Informatica, etc.) or EPM platforms (Oracle EPM, Tagetik, etc.) is considered a plus

•          Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, while also working independently when needed
