Our Growth team is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to help support client engagement and business development efforts across the firm. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced team and gain hands-on experience working with data in a business environment.
About the Role:
Within this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring data is accurately entered, maintained, and organized to support our client-facing teams and growth initiatives. You will champion our CRM system, working closely with the CRM lead to ensure it is effectively supporting the wider firm. You will be responsible for managing, analysing, and optimizing customer data within the organization’s CRM system. Your efforts will help optimise customer engagement and help inform growth strategies and streamline internal processes. This is an ideal position for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in starting a career in data or business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for our CRM system, ensuring data quality and system reliability.
- Respond to ad-hoc data and system requests from internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other teams to define CRM data requirements and deliver actionable analysis.
- Create and maintain client accounts and records in the CRM.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and assist with monthly reporting to partners.
- Work with teams across the firm to enhance the customer journey and identify data-driven growth opportunities.
- Continuously explore system functionality and champion best practices across teams.
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide insights on customer behavior, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain and enhance data quality within the CRM through regular cleansing, validation, and governance processes.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to enhance customer experience and business performance.
- Support campaign execution by helping in engagement analysis and performance metrics.
- Create & maintain dashboards/reports to track campaign performance and customer KPIs.
Let’s Talk About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Business, Econometrics, Data Analytics or a quantitative field.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics will be considered an asset.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Excel, SQL or BI tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and figure things out with minimal direction.
- A proactive mindset, with a willingness to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and suggest improvements.
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactively looks for opportunities and can put forward effective and relevant business solutions.
