How you will Make an Impact

The chosen talented individual will be part of the Risk Advisory team, focusing primarily on providing Risk Management services, which includes Internal Audit, Compliance and AML reviews, IT Audits, Assurance reviews etc. Furthermore, there will be opportunities to also work across all areas of our risk advisory practice, such as banking regulatory compliance.

Your main tasks will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Obtain a comprehensive understanding of our client’s business and engagement scope.
  • Assist the engagement supervisor in performing Risk Assessment and developing a Risk-based Audit Plans
  • Document work performed and observations in an articulate and structured manner in line with firm methodology (provided during training sessions) and relevant guidance.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Leverages tools and methodologies to conduct basic analysis applying Deloitte technology assets and solutions
  • Participate in the continuous development and improvement of advisory tools and methodologies
  • Teams with others to grow knowledge/comprehension of client context and market trends, and applies this knowledge in their role within the industry
  • Proactively work towards building a domain-specific knowledge and demonstrates awareness of key developments in offerings.

You have a tertiary level of education in Business, Accountancy, Compliance, Criminology, Insurance, Risk or a related area of study. You adapt to changing priorities and seek guidance from team leaders. You thrive in an environment where you can team with others to grow your knowledge and comprehension of the client context and market trends.

You are able to articulate work and observations in an articulate and structured manner (with the relevant guidance to align with firm methodology).

Most importantly, you’re eager to start a career in a multi-dynamic team in the Risk Advisory space.
