How you will Make an Impact
Our Growth team is looking for a data-driven and customer-focused CRM Analyst to help drive client engagement and business development efforts across the firm. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your contributions will directly support strategic growth initiatives and client-facing teams.
About the Role:
As a CRM Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting departments across the business with customer data, opportunity management, and campaign performance insights. You will champion our CRM system, working closely with the CRM lead to ensure it is effectively supporting the wider firm. Your efforts will help optimise customer engagement and help inform growth strategies, and streamline internal processes.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and proactively improving systems. There is significant opportunity for career progression and skill development within this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for our CRM system, ensuring data quality and system reliability.
- Create and maintain client accounts and records in the CRM.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and lead management process; assist with monthly reporting to partners.
- Support campaign execution by helping analyze engagement and performance metrics.
- Work with teams across the firm to enhance the customer journey and identify data-driven growth opportunities.
- Respond to ad-hoc data and system requests from internal stakeholders.
- Continuously explore system functionality and champion best practices across teams.
Let’s Talk About You
- 3+ years of experience in CRM administration, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and figure things out with minimal direction.
- A proactive mindset, with a willingness to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and suggest improvements.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or quantitative subject.
