The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and a solid grasp of both on-premises and cloud-based solutions. How you will make an impact

In this role, you will join a dynamic cross functional team that is mainly responsible for implementation and maintaining our critical systems as you bring your technical skills and abilities to excellence to support and oversee the underlining infrastructure.

Your responsibilities shall include but are not limited to:

• Deploy, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure solutions (both on-premises and cloud-based) to meet current and future business requirements.
• Develop strategies for cloud integration and hybrid infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft Azure and virtualization technologies (Hyper-V).
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise-level networks.
• Collaborate with network engineers to ensure a robust, secure, and highly available network infrastructure.
• Ensure backups are kept according to company standards.
• Monitor and manage infrastructure performance using tools like Zabbix, Azure monitor, PRTG, or equivalent and implement measures to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Test, upgrade, release, patch and maintain network and cloud infrastructure including hybrid infrastructure capabilities and continuous data protection services.
• Collaborate with the security team to implement and enforce information security best practices, including patch management, data encryption, and incident response.
• Ensure that infrastructure adheres to regulatory compliance such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and other relevant standards.
• Maintain and improve disaster recovery and high availability (HA) strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and security, to drive projects and resolve complex technical issues.

Let’s Talk About You

• Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4-6 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a strong focus on servers, network, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Your specialized skills

• Proficiency in infrastructure server virtualization (Hyper-V) and cloud management preferably Azure.
• Proven experience with network infrastructure hardware demonstrating proficiency with devices, including CISCO switches, routers, and wireless devices controllers, firewalls (eg. CheckPoint, Palo Alto, etc..), replication and storage systems.
• Familiarity with NetApp hybrid storage technologies.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools like PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Strong understanding of information security principles and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and PCI-DSS.
• Awareness of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Know-how of containerization technologies (Azure Web Apps, Docker, Kubernetes).

Ways to stand out

• Cisco CCNP certification.
• Microsoft certifications at Associate level (such as Network Engineer, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Security Engineer…).

Certifications must be valid and current.
