#YourRole

During your tenure you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

Εxtend knowledge of current immigration legislation across the Global Tax and Legal function;
Assist clients and guide them throughout the entire immigration process (acquisition of golden visa – Greek citizenship – schengen/national visa – residence permit for work purposes/family reunification – EU registration);
Represent clients before the Greek immigration authorities;
Prepare and file immigration applications (online or in person);
Accompany clients to the immigration authorities to complete registrations/biometrical tests;
Communicate on a daily basis with Greek authorities (consulates, Ministry of Migration) in person or over email/phone call;
Assess each individual case based on its specific factual background and advise on the best course of action;
Recognize the key capabilities required to deliver a high quality service experience to the client;
Collect, assimilate, and analyse data and use standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions for solving problems in the Tax and Legal business.

Potential candidates should fulfill the following criteria:

A Bachelor’s degree in Law from a well-known University in Greece or abroad;
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience within a professional services firm;
Computer literacy;
Excellent command of the English language;
The ability and desire to take initiative and work independently, as well as collaborate with other team members depending on project size and needs;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;
Effective time management skills.
