We are currently seeking for ambitious team players to become part of our Data Analytics & AI team within our Strategy Risk & Transactions Advisory department in Thessaloniki.

#AboutYourRole
As a GenAI Developer in our Strategy Risk & Transactions Advisory department, you will play a key role in helping clients identify, assess, and manage risks that impact their strategic objectives, while leveraging cutting-edge Generative AI technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. You will design, train, and integrate GenAI models into a transformative suite of AI-powered tools that automate and optimize core business processes. Your work will include developing Agentic AI capabilities that enable autonomous, intelligent decision-making within these applications. You will build end-to-end AI components using prompt engineering and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, intelligent, and context-aware solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, apply your consulting expertise alongside technical proficiency in AI, and contribute to innovative solutions that enhance business performance.

Key Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in Generative AI and backend development, with hands-on work involving LLMs.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and GenAI related frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain).
  • Solid knowledge of ETL pipelines, SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Solid knowledge of prompt-engineering and RAG.
  • Working experience in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and cloud storage.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to explain data insights clearly.
  • Strong command of the English language (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications 

  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices, asynchronous programming and DevOps.
  • Familiarity with LLM Gateway, Guardrails and overall security.
  • Working experience in version control tools such as Git.
