Experienced - Information Security Culture and Awareness Specialist - NextHub Bari

The candidate will be placed within the Information Technology Services structure, will report to the Chief Information 

Security Officer (CISO) and will be responsible for developing and conducting cybersecurity awareness, training, or 

education.  

Your role

• Evaluate the effectiveness and comprehensiveness of existing training programs to deliver education and 

awareness briefings to key stakeholders 

• Maintain the cybersecurity awareness program by developing and/or adapting awareness and training materials 

making sure leadership priorities and organization objectives are fulfilled 

• Implement organizational training and education policies and procedures 

• Produce cybersecurity instructional materials 

Winning Requirements

• At least 2/3 years of experience in Information Security, with knowledge of industry best practices (ISO2700x, 

NIST800, ITIL, COBIT)  

• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: applying security controls; verifying participation in a security 

awareness program; facilitating cybersecurity awareness briefings; developing training programs; conducting a 

training and education needs assessment. 

• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English 

• Communicating complex concepts, verbally and in writing 

• Accuracy and organizational skills complete the profile. Excellent interpersonal skills and proactivity cannot be 

lacking.
