Experienced - GPM Service Manager - Olympic Games MiCo 2026 

We are seeking for a GPM Service Manager to join the Olympic team at Deloitte Consulting in Milan, working in Milano-Cortina HQ.
The GPM Service Manager leads the delivery of the GPM services for a Games instance, using your deep understanding of the business processes and engagement with the client to successfully implement the services to meet the client’s business needs. Collaborate closely with the teams that deliver the service (product, design, cyber, architecture, training and central operations) and the key users to provide an optimal level of service and protect the image and interests of Deloitte.

Your Role

The GPM Service Manager will be integrated into a work team and responsible for:

• Is the primary point of contact for all topics related to the planning, delivery and operation of the services for the D.Tec Games Delivery Director, OCOG Technology Director, and IOC Senior Manager for Games Applications.
• Subject Matter Expert for Deloitte regarding the client’s people, structure, and business processes.
• Act as the trusted advisor for the OCOG for the configuration and operations of the services.
• Key point of contact with the Applications Product team for the delivery, operations, and maintenance of the assigned services.
• Maintain good working relationship with the OCOG, International Olympic Committee, D.TEC, and relevant Government Agencies.
• Project Management of the Services from service definition to service operation, ensuring the Technology Master Schedule and Application Integration Schedule is up to date.
• Proactively monitor and manage risks and issues related to the delivery of the assigned Services.
• Where needed work with the product development team and the OCOG to prioritise development of functionality based on the customer’s needs.

Winning Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience, ideally as account manager, sales engineer, or similar client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of core business processes applications support in major events (examples: Accreditation, Sports Entries and Qualification, etc)
• Experience in previous Games integration and operation.
• Fluent in English, good written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and work in a team environment.
• Ability to quickly understand complex problems and devise effective solutions.
• Ability to understand and communicate in Italian.
• Experience working in an Organizing Committee and in a service provider for an Olympic Games.
• Experience working with Agile development teams
• Experience in roles with client management.
