Your role as a End User Support - Consultant will focus on:

Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving level one and level two issues on computer hardware and software for laptops;
Deal with queries by following procedures for Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Handling;
Comply with quality and security standards policies and regulations to deliver results;
Deliver services in alignment with Corporate Information Technology strategies and goals.

We expect that you also have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

In particular, to qualify for the role you must have:

2+ years proven experience in similar roles;
A degree in Information Technology;
Technical skills in: Windows, productivities suite, basic knowledge of networking. Mac/iOS knowledge is a plus;
Advanced oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English language. Italian will be considered as an asset;
ITIL knowledge/certification is a plus;
A strong customer service oriented attitude;
A strong passion for technology;
Good inter-personal skills and capacity to work effectively within a multinational team, with different time zones;
Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment and ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor;
High level of discretion for confidential work and information.

The Information Technology Department is charged with establishing, monitoring and maintaining information technology systems and services. The Department ensures that all IT initiatives are aligned with business goals and strategy while it fully supports internal users within the Firm.
