Your role as a Digital & Graphic Designer Senior Consultant at Deloitte Digital will focus on initiatives that shape Deloitte’s brand voice and bring our storytelling to life across audiences and on channels. You will work closely with the Brand and Comms team to translate strategy into high-impact visual communication.

During your tenure you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts that align with project objectives and Deloitte’s brand identity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and deliver fresh, creative ideas across campaigns, social media, and other design projects.
• Create visually compelling assets for a variety of platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
• Strategize, conceptualize, and deliver creative materials across touchpoints such as webpages, newsletters, internal comms, event signage, and more.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies to deliver modern and effective design solutions.
• Apply feedback effectively to refine and optimize creative work, ensuring final designs meet both aesthetic and functional standards.

#WinningRequirements 

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• 5-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within a creative or marketing agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in visual communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Experience with Adobe Premiere & After Effects is considered a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and overall design principles.
• Experience with video editing and basic motion graphics will be highly valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong *portfolio showcasing creative thinking and design execution across various channels.
• Understanding of AI-driven design tools and how they can enhance creative processes.
• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
