#YourServiceLine

Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SR&T) Advisory

Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SR&T) is an end-to-end strategic advisory practice, enabling our C-suite clients to make informed, robust decisions and strategic choices. It integrates the full scale of Deloitte's M&A capabilities, consolidates Climate & Sustainability advisory capabilities, and tightens the connection between strategy development and risk management to assist clients with navigating uncertainty and change.

#AboutYourTeam

Regulatory, Data & Reporting is a key department within
Strategy Risk & Transactions Advisory with an ambitious plan in terms of growth, innovation, talent management and market recognition. We help our clients, financial institutions, to take advantage of the benefits of innovative new digital technology, support their digital transformation, regulatory compliance, control testing and credit and prudential transformation across the value chain, provide improved datadriven leadership insights, and thus support growth and innovation. Our 200+ talented professionals are unified by a collaborative culture that fosters integrity, outstanding value to markets and clients, commitment to each other, and strength from cultural diversity.

The department delivers the following services:

  • Regulatory expertise and advisory — translating complex regulatory requirements into pragmatic choices and roadmaps (prudential, conduct, KYC remediation and control effectiveness).
  • Data, reporting and technical delivery — end‑to‑end “data‑to‑report” delivery: statistical and regulatory reporting, CDO‑level services, data governance, remediation and model/data control frameworks; statutory and market reporting (e.g. MiFIR) and embedding reporting across business units.
  • Credit and prudential transformation — supporting credit risk transformation across the value chain, from data models and scoring to reporting and governance, ensuring prudential compliance and fit‑for‑purpose controls.
  • Sustainability and ESG — implementing sustainability reporting frameworks (CSRD‑style), integrating ESG data into risk and reporting processes and aligning sustainability with data architecture.
  • Innovation and AI — developing GenAI and knowledge‑graph approaches to automate routine work, boost insight and accelerate reporting and advisory activities.

#AboutYourRole
As an Consultant in our Strategy Risk & Transactions Advisory department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial institutions in identifying, assessing, and managing risks that may impact their business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your expertise to deliver value-added insights.
