We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our dynamic Deloitte Digital team in Athens.

As a Customer Experience Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will support end-to-end engagements with leading organizations, from approach and solution shaping to delivery and project coordination. You will be working across customer experience, sales and service operations, digital journeys, and operating model transformation projects.

The role is designed for someone who can contribute across the full project lifecycle; support proposal development, structure analysis, participate in client workshops, draft high-quality deliverables, coordinate day-to-day project activities, and help keep teams and stakeholders aligned.

During your tenure, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

  • Participate in diagnostics, including as-is mapping, process and data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and workshops, ensuring structured and practical outputs.
  • Support the design of customer journeys, processes, flows, communication, campaigns, governance models, and operating frameworks.
  • Draft and refine key deliverables such as presentations, reports, blueprints, operating models, KPI frameworks, roadmaps, and requirements documents.
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities, including maintaining plans, trackers, and status reports, while following up on actions and supporting overall project organization, as well as leveraging productivity and AI-enabled tools to enhance quality and speed.
  • Facilitate alignment across internal teams and client stakeholders, acting as a day-to-day contact for specific workstreams and ensuring clear communication.
  • Capture and structure requirements, translating them into actionable outputs and ensuring consistent follow-through.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and communication, building trust with client teams through structured problem solving and reliable execution.
  • Support opportunity identification and preparation of proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and client presentations.
  • Contribute to solution design, scope definition, timelines, staffing logic, and effort estimates in a way that improves clarity, momentum, and execution discipline.
  • Prepare clear, concise presentations, written responses, and supporting materials for internal reviews and client interactions, helping translate client needs into structured workplans, deliverables, and commercial input.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Approximately 4-5 years of experience in management consulting, CX or CRM projects, digital transformation, marketing & communications or customer operations.
  • Exposure to regulated or operationally complex sectors such as banking, insurance, or energy is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative inputs.
  • Very good PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to structure clear presentations and simple models.
  • Familiarity with collaboration and AI-enabled tools, with a willingness to use them to enhance productivity.
  • Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with comfort working across both business and project teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
