How you will Make an Impact

You will be exposed to a broad client base, both local and foreign, and this role will typically involve corporate advisory work and implementation of corporate projects, as well as project management in relation to corporate reorganisations. Your main tasks will include but are not limited to working with multinational clients on advising on corporate matters relating to planning of corporate projects as well as assisting with the implementation of corporate projects. You will also be responsible to advise on the drafting of corporate documentation as well as review said documentation in connection with corporate transactions. In addition, you will also be expected to actively participate in client meetings and manage relationships with clients.

• Facilitates conversations, meetings and other interactions with internal and external stakeholders in an impactful way that enables open exchange of ideas and information.
• Seeks challenges, and opportunities to build on own and teams’ strengths, develop new capabilities, and learn from and share with others.

Your Specialized skills:

• Masters of Advocacy graduate.
• Warranted under the laws of Malta.
• An LL.M. in the field of corporate law would be considered an asset.
