#YourRole

Your role as a Compliance Administrator will focus on the implementation and monitoring of compliance risk management procedures of our suppliers/third party business relationships of all functions (i.e. Tax & Legal, Audit & Assurance, Strategy Risk & Transactions Advisory, Transformation & Technology).

During your tenure as a Compliance Administrator, you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:

  • Be involved in the day-to-day risk management procedures and specifically involved in all the necessary steps for performing the Client and Engagement acceptance process in alignment with Deloitte policies;
  • Be responsible to implement all quality and risk management procedures in compliance with Deloitte policies, Greek legislation and EU Regulation, including among others, all related policies, protocols and guidelines for Independence, Conflict Check, Know Your Client process, Anti-money laundering, Anti-corruption, etc.;
  • Assist Compliance Manager in monitoring the compliance with the applicable risk policies and procedures;
  • Collect, assimilate, and analyse data and use standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions for solving problems.

Ideally, to qualify for the role you should have:

  • University degree in business and finance;
  • Excellent command of the English language;
  • A professional approach, business acumen and strong communication skills;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Be highly motivated self-starter and demonstrate willingness to learn;
  • Have the ability to deal with complex issues, by showing excellent problem solving skills;
  • Enjoy working in team and collaborating with others, but also being able to work with autonomy if needed;
  • Demonstrate a pattern of growth in capability and responsibility;
  • Embrace Diversity & Inclusion Culture;
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience as Compliance Administrator would be considered as a plus.
