How you will Make an Impact
Our Growth team is looking for an assistant to help support with the administrative activities surrounding our growth initiatives. The primary function of this role is to support with a variety of projects within the business development function. This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative team with a varied workload that provides the chance to develop your skills and network.
The Growth team are an integral group and require a bespoke, specialised service which require us to go above and beyond and to be prepared for a variety of queries, challenges and opportunities. Be prepared to tap into your analytical, problem-solving mind and don’t be afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo. Confident in supporting our partner group through a multi-channel functionality – you can trust that no two days will ever be the same as you support and add value to our very busy team by:
- Supporting with the day-to-day administrative duties of the team.
- Database inputting and maintenance
- Escalate complex queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintenance of client profiles & relevant contacts.
- Contact management and communication support with our people, client/alumni programmes.
- Scheduling of leadership meetings, sharing of agenda and supporting with meeting minutes.
- Support teams in producing reports for a variety of stakeholders and requirements.
- Managing stakeholder expectations whilst building trusted relationships with peers and colleagues and other Deloitte teams as appropriate, supporting other teams as needed.
- Be a champion for service improvement and high-quality service delivery, working collaboratively with colleagues and sharing knowledge with the wider team and appropriate internal sources.

- A Bachelors’ degree level of education.
