#AboutYourRole

Your role as an Infrastructure & Real Estate Consultant will be integrated into a working team, working alongside senior colleagues and will be responsible for:

• Developing initiatives and solutions by collecting and analyzing data to support client solutions through the drafting of Business Plans, Information Memorandums, and Financial Modelling.
• Supporting Financial Advisory professionals in M&A Advisory and Debt Restructuring activities.
• Performing valuations of companies, business units, and tangible and intangible assets.
• Preparing presentations and teasers to support top management and decision-making tables.
• Identifying potential risks and issues and promptly sharing them with the rest of the team.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• A master's degree in economics or management engineering (preferably with a specialization in finance and financial markets).
• Ability to analyze financial statements, market analysis, solid knowledge of financial mathematics and accounting, knowledge and application of the main company valuation methodologies.
• Excellent command of the English & Greek language
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• High aptitude for working both independently and in a team.
• A strong passion for technology.
• Good interpersonal skills and capacity to work effectively within a multinational team, with different time zones.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
• High level of discretion for confidential work and information.
